(1) To empower clients to achieve self-agency over their health and wellness through individualized and/or therapeutic yoga practices and (2) to guide yoga instructors in creating intelligent and safe practices that are accessible to all bodies and abilities. 


(1) To encourage community members to be active participants in their healthcare journeys and (2) to foster self-love and personal healing through compassion and respect. 


Open Door Yoga (1) combines the traditions of yoga with conventional Western medicine and (2) advocates for increased participation in preventative healthcare. Through small, incremental changes - performed consistently - you can see meaningful results.
